So Nice and Beautiful I Brought Two! I purchased this case for my iPad 9.7 inch and when I saw this tablet on Amazon again, I said I must get one for my iPad Pro 12.9 inch tablet. The only problem is I couldn't decide which color to get, the teal or the jade...so, I got both! They're both equally as beautiful and I took photos next to each other so you can determine which one you'd prefer. I'm actually typing on this in the typing mode, which you can see from my photos. It also has two angles in portrait and two angles in landscape, which I have photos of both positions in my photos. I like that Thankscase thought to put a stylus holder. Although, in my opinion, it could be more snug. The hand strap is a huge plus for holding the iPad in your hand. It tends to relieve some of the pressure from the weight of the iPad. The magnet is strong and holds the iPad closed nicely. I like that Thankcase added an additional stopper. The first one I purchased only had one. But this case for the iPad Pro has two. These are the sewn in rectangle pieces that are of the same color as the case and you'll see them just below each groove. When you position your case in each groove, the iPad should push against each rectangular piece, which works as a stop and also secures the position. Also, I read other post that mentioned the teal plastic that covers the magnet tearing easily...well folks, it's supposed to. It's just a protective piece that you are supposed to remove. It's not decoration. This case adds minimum bulk. It's really not that bad, especially considering that the iPad Pro in itself is weighty. And as I said, holding this in portrait position with the hand strap is a welcome relief. There is also a convenient pocket that I use for my screen wipes. You can use it for money, notes or whatever you choose. It's just nice having it there. I love the cutout in the back for the Apple logo to show through. As I said, this is my second go around with the Thankacase and I highly recommend it.5Absolutely beautiful! Quality and appearance exceeded my expectations and the fit/cutouts for the 12.9-in iPad Pro are perfect.Absolutely beautiful! Quality and appearance exceeded my expectations. It fit my 12.9-inch iPad Pro 4G LTE 128Gb perfectly. My iPad Pro is the "silver" version (white, with silver accents and rear plate) and I was concerned that the color combination of this case would look much better with the gold iPad Pro, particularly with the plastic/trim on the case being cream, not white. However, the 'cut out' on the back of the folio case has white trim and the cream/eggshell/off-white plastic seems to disappear once the iPad Pro has been snapped-in and the taupe-beige colors of the folio actually compliment my silver/white device and make it look quite elegant and expensive (lol, these ARE expensive!). The iPad Pro snaps into a plastic rear case that swivels 360* inside a folio made of a plastic-coated fabric. The colors are a taupe-beige with a blush hue (similar to the color of women's liquid foundation makeup) with a contrast panel of ivory-beige. (Another description would be "sandstone" and "bone".) The interior plastic case is eggshell/ivory, not white. It has an integrated loop-style stylus holder that might hold an Apple Pen and a complimentary black plastic stylus with a round rubber tip is included with the case. It works in portrait or landscape mode, with grooves for propping up the iPad at 2 different angles for viewing. A nice feature is the interior strap, which allows the user to safely hold the very large iPad Pro with just one hand when secured under the strap. Most folio cases, particularly one this large, do not offer the one-handed strap and if you handle your iPad Pro frequently, this will get a lot of use. The colors are rich and the materials are high quality, which give this folio case a look and feel of luxury -- this would make an excellent gift and looks as if it easily cost several hundred dollars. Lastly, the case was packaged well and arrived quickly - right on time, with no problems whatsoever.5Good for what I needed it for. Could be betterFor the price it is exactly what I needed. An inexpensive, quicklyavailable case for my iPad Pro. The desogn, in my opinion, is a little feminine, but can't be seen from a distance, the yellow in the pictures is really a stitched gold color. The edges of the closure-flap is already cracking/fraying, but I don't think this will be a long term functional problem, once it's worn-in I would guess it'll stop. It is difficult to leave a stylus in the pencil loop and still use the case, if equally wrap the flap around the pencil, the magnet will hold it out of the war, but a slight movement will let it loose and it'll come back over the front. IMO the pencil loop should be "inside" the closure flap and the the flap should be longer to allow use with the pencil in, or not.2Almost Perfect for What I Want and NeedI bought this case for the looks and because it allows you to use your iPad in either orientation as there's always some apps that will only open in one direction. I was pleasantly surprised that it does in fact, have a pencil holder on it and that you can use the magnetic flap to help keep the cover from falling down if you are holding it in landscape orientation or using it in a stand like I do. For my 12.9" iPad pro I use the Nbryte Tablift Tablet Stand for the Bed, Sofa, or Any Uneven Surface and place the hard plastic portion of the case (along with the iPad) in the slot. I also love the addition of the vinyl pieces that help to hold the table in place when the case is used as a stand.I love this case and with all that being said, it does have one major downfall. The hand strap was put on the inside of the case when it should be on the outside, or should have both. Firstly, when using the hand strap with the case open as designed, it doesn't work well and the case causes the tablet and other parts of the case to fall (although you'll still hold onto part of the case and your tablet hopefully won't reach the floor) because the case doesn't stay together when the front cover is open (even if you use the magnetic flap to help hold it, it's not anywhere near strong enough, especially for larger iPads). It kind of works if you use your arm as a "table" for the tablet (as though you were writing notes on it) but as soon as you lower your hand, which is what the hand strap is for, the tablet goes tumbling towards the floor. I would love a hand strap on the outside because I carry my iPad a little less carefully when the case is closed and I'm holding it next to my body and a hand strap would provide peace of mind that I'm less likely to get distracted and drop it. Unfortunately, I haven't seen a case with that design as of yet, so until one comes along, this is the best folio case I've seen.4Pretty, BUT...Not sturdy enough for me to hold iPad Pro. Always feel like my ipad Pro is going to drop out. Swivels too much. Keep on sliding when it suppose to be standing when you sit it on a desk. It s pretty in person-the purple and silver/white, but feels cheap. Really wanted to keep it, but had to return it. Not worth the investment. They charge 8.64 for return shipping fee to return, so make sure you want to give it a try before buying. I will only be receiving about half my money back.3Beautiful, but received damaged and broken. Hopefully just a fluke.I will change my review as soon as I receive a good case. I am a prime member, so the timing on the delivery was of course awesome. However, whenever I received my product, it was damaged on the outside. So I immediately requested a return and refund and ordered another one right away. I'm hoping that this was a one-off in transition that cause this damage, becauae the reviews are great and the overall product, if not damaged is beautiful.I opened up the case to check it out and the inside plastic part that is supposed to hold the ipad is also broken...not sure how all of this happened, but it is not the typical quality of any amazon order, so I'm looking forward to getting my replacement aand updating my review to 5 stars.2Cheap don't waste your moneyCheap don't waste your money! I've had mine since October 2016. What, 3 months +/- right. Opened it a few minutes ago...there was a loud RIPPING N0iSE!! The entire shell separated from the cover! I'll probably have to glue it back together. If I could get my money back I surely would. Best I can do is alert others.Update: super glued the cover and shell. It's back together but my confidence for the cover is close to zero.1Solid dependable protective caseI love the color of this case (lace purple). It s a bit heavy but seems to be very protective of my new iPad. The fit of the iPad is very tight (a good thing IMO). The rotation and tilt functions are really good. It is a bit bulky, but that s what this kind of case is, so it wasn t unexpected. The hard plastic case part has kind of sharp edges though. I m not a fan. I may take a fingernail file to these edges to blunt them. The hand strap is a good idea, but I think it s just not that great for me. I have weak arms from nerve damage, so it s a lot of weight to have both the case and iPad supported by one hand only especially with the sharp edges.UPDATE: 1/1/2020I love this case. When I first got it, I wasn t used to the heft and weight of the 12.9 ipad alone, much less with a case. I had serious issues with my iPad after having it for almost a year & took it in for warranty work. When we popped my iPad out of the case, the tech couldn t believe it was in such pristine condition. He gave it a like new designation for the lack of scratches all the way around. This case offers GREAT protection. The magnetic flap that keeps it closed has saved me several times after dropping it. I use a ballistic glass screen protector too, but this combination has been fabulous. I almost constantly have it set up in the 2nd groove for reading or even typing and it s sturdy enough to do so on my fluffy bed with my dog(s) walking around. The case itself is showing a little bit of wear: there s a crack in the hard TPU cover near the volume buttons from prying the case off for whatever reason and the edges and folding areas are starting to fray a bit. However, since this thing lives and goes almost everywhere I go, it s still in great shape. I sketch, read, type, & play games & have no issues at all with the way the case assists these tasks. I still get complements on it too. I ve had it for a little more than a year & it s still going strong. When I m in the market for a new case, I ll probably order another one just Ike this.4Nice iPad Pro Case with a Girly FeelI ordered this case because I was looking for a cute, girly case for my upcoming iPad Pro purchase*. One feature this needed was to have somewhere for me to keep and store my Apple Pencil. This case fit the bill so I thought I'd give it a try. Now that I've received it I can hardly wait for my iPad Pro to be in my hands. This case is adorable, the color and slight pattern are very feminine. The stitching is well done, the feel of it in my hand is nice and the case doesn't feel very heavy. This case offers much functionality. The plastic snap on portion rotates for both landscape and portrait view and can be adjusted to various viewing angles with the ridges on the base of the case. There's a loop perfect for holding the Apple Pencil (my only complaint is that this loop is grey elastic and not an off white like the color of the case), a strap for your hand to help stabilize the case while holding it and a little hidden compartment for storing small papers etc.I plan to use this case with a Logitech Keys to Go keyboard which I think will be small enough to fit nicely in front of the iPad when the case is in viewing mode. (I will post pictures at a later date)Update 1/2/16: I have now been using this case with my iPad Pro and Apple Pencil. I must warn that the Pencil slips right out of the loop when carrying it around, because the loop is slightly too big and the Pencil is pretty slick. I am dropping my star rating to 4 because of this as the loop for the Pencil was a big reason for me buying this case. I still really like this case overall and am thinking of ways I can make the loop work with the Pencil (ie: adding a stich or two to make it tighter) so I can keep using it.Update 1/11/15: I still really like this case, but I have noticed that the swivel/rotate feature of the case seems very loose causing the iPad Pro to move more than I'd like it to during use. I'm constantly re-adjusting the iPad when using it both in stand mode and in with the case folded back.4This case is just absolutely perfect!!This case is just absolutely perfect!!! After trying out 4 different cases, this one is the only one that provides function, class, and affordability.Regarding functions:1) The sleep/wake function works flawlessly!! (Other cases on Amazon advertise this feature, but don't actually work.)2) The 360 degree rotation is stable and fit into the crevices whether it is in portrait or landscape mode. I found with prior cases that the indentations in the case don't really hold the weight of the iPad pro in place properly. This case is the exception.3) I also love the holder for my apple pencil. It's been really awkward carrying my rather long pencil around separately.I personally can't find a single con. I saw that other reviews mention that the magnetic closure color peels away, but that is just a thin layer of blue plastic wrap put on the metal portion to keep it from scratching in shipment. In other words: you as the customer are supposed to remove it. ;)5

In other words: you as the customer are supposed to remove it. ;)5
