Customer Reviews

Excellent Product and CompanyThe arms are very sturdy and innovative being you can change the height of the middle monitor independently from the right and left monitors which I have never seen with other arms. The wire management clips are all very versatile and easy to place, manipulate, and hide. Everything is very sturdy and looks very clean and professional.I truly wanted to write this review, because I was just so impressed with the Rocelco customer service. I had broken the wire organizer that sits on the base bar (due my own stupidity) so I sent an email to Rocelco to see if I could get a new one. I let them know that I purchased open-box and was unsure of the warranty and that I would like to purchase a replacement if the warranty was not applicable. My email was responded to right away. The response was from a real person and addressed to me personally (no canned or auto responses). He asked for a photo to confirm the part. Once he received the photo and verified what piece I was referring to, he sent me a replacement free of charge the very same day. He was super pleasant and the whole exchange was speedy (the emails were answered and replacement part shipped all within less than 12 hours- and I received my replacement item shipped from Canada to Florida United States in less than 7 days). The customer service was simply AMAZING. Huge shout out to Mark at Rocelco for the fast and pleasant interaction.I would not hesitate to purchase products from this company again. I have a lot of confidence in them.4Excellent valueThis arm hit all the boxes for me. Triple articulation, clamp or grommet mount, and tall enough to hold my 27" monitor 10" off the desk.Assembly was easy with a couple caveats. The plastic rings that clamp to the pole kept coming out of the metal ring that holds them until I specifically held onto them while attaching the arms. The instructions were adequate but it took me 20 minutes to realize that there was a height adjustment screw because the instructions hid it in the same step as tilt adjustment (and the instructions have no words, only pictures).Once assembled the arm felt sturdy. One end sagged more than the other despite the monitors being identical (24-27-24") but once I found the aforementioned height adjustment that fixed me up.Overall for the price I think this is an excellent choice. Things that could be improved: - Cable clips are good but not large enough - For grommet mounting I wish cables could be fed through the main stand piece but the clamp style used makes this impossible - Plastic clamp rings should be rubber instead5Very flexible works greatSo I origanally had bought a different triple monitor stand that was only double articulated and had to return it because of the way my desk sits up against a wall and the stand wasn't able to fit my monitors very well. I had to pull my desk away from the wall just for it to fit. This new stand is triple articulated and it works perfect. holds all of my monitors and doesn't hit up against the wall like the previous one thanks to the extra range of motion. installation was pretty easy. It took about 30mins or so to install the stand onto the desk and attach the monitors. I spent more time on the cable management. The cable holders that comes with the stand are just big enough to hold the 6 cables from the monitors (3 data + 3 power), but not much room for other cables after that. there's a screw you can turn to micro adjust the height of your monitors so I was able to get everything perfectly level, or as perfect as you can be with these things. And the desk clamp was adjustable enough to get a nice tight solid grip on my desk which is only about 1/2inch thick. Feels very solid and stable and looks amazing. I'm happy with it.5Great for 3 24" monitorsPurchased this with the Rocelco 46" standing desk converter and it exceeds my expectations. I added my 3 existing 24" displays and with the adjustments you can make to raise/lower the outside monitors lined it up perfectly. I may even add a 27-29" monitor to replace my middle display. Great product and well made.5Arrived bentThis monitor mount is ok, not too difficult to assemble but one of the arms for the right mount was bent when it arrived and now the right monitor is always crooked and will not align with the center monitor no matter what I try. This is the closest I could get. Its very frustrating and not pleasing to look at.2Well thought out, good design.I got this for work, I have 2 23 inch monitors and 1 24 inch centered and was converting to a standing desk and needed something to hold the monitors. It took a bit to get it set up, but it works great, steady and easy to adjust. Not super easy to move up and down, that would be the only thing I would improve, but overall works great for what I need. The cable management design is nice and the different type of clamp options was great too!4Quality Monitor Mount to Pair With DADR-46Monitor mount was purchased to pair with the Rocelco DADR-46. It easily holds three 24" monitors and has a wide enough range of adjustment to get the monitors at even height. The mount has good manufacturing quality and the little snap on piece to hold the adjustment wrenches is a great idea! The secondary styled base is a plus, as the clamp style one will not allow the DADR-46 to adjust down all of the way otherwise.5Well... It works.I would like to preface this by saying this is my first monitor stand, so my experience with these are nonexistent, but starting with this.tl;dr - it's sturdy, simple, and well built. But the arms do sag, and the adjustments on the mounts move a lot, regardless of the amount of tightening you do. But it won't ever break, so there's that.Assembly wise, pretty straight forward, although they have these plastic inserts for the arms and center monitor mount, that made it a pain to assemble that part. Once I got it on tho, it was smooth sailing. Nothing too crazy.Installation wise, really nice. I'm just using the C-clamp (I'll touch more on that later), but installing the monitors are super easy, once I noticed that the top mounting holes have cutouts, meaning you can leave the top screws in your monitor, slide it on, and you can use both hands to install and tighten the screws altogether. I really liked that detail, makes it much easier to install over attempting to hold the monitor and try to get the screw in.The C-clamp is more than enough to hold the monitor stand up. I bump and kick my table a lot, and it hasn't budged at all. I have a foot rest under my desk and I kick the underside of the C-clamp a lot, but it's super sturdy. Haven't needed to retighten anything, so it works great. Now the cons. The arms sag. Fortunately, the decent adjustability allowed me to counter the sag and maintain the gaps inbetween the monitors, keeping an even gap all around. But, as there is a sag, the outer monitors have a downwards facing angle that is sometimes a tooth grinder. Another con is that not all monitors are the same. One of my monitors Vesa mounts are higher on the back of the monitor than the others. This leads to an over half inch drop from the other monitors, which, with my pedantics, is an absolute buzzkill. There's no way to change the height of the monitor, so I kind of have to live with it. If you want this specific stand, be sure to have 3 of the same monitors, if you have that tendency of having everything even, like me.4Very Saggy; Doesn't Hold PositionThis is really disappointing--the arm had a heavy tilt to the right (the side the monitor is on) and won't retain its position no matter how much tightening I do. This was too expensive for this kind of shoddy performance. Will be returning; would rather us my stand that the monitor came on. I'd sincerely not recommend this, even if you have a Rocelco Rising Desk (which is pretty great).2Perfect for my usageI bought this mount to use with the desktop stand up station. They work so well!! I love being able to have my 3 monitors when i stand to work! very easy to assemble5
