    We have two Vizio soundbars, neither of which consistently ...We have two Vizio soundbars, neither of which consistently work with a remote..Very difficult to get the right combination. So for the most part we no longer try.2Need information with it.The remote works fine once I figured out what to do. It would have helped to have basic instructions like the unplugging issue. I almost was going to send it back until I looked at the reviews. I think info should be included in packaging or posted like the "batteries not included" was. Simple and less frustration like the person that sent it back and didn't know the secret until they have a free one. I think it reflects poorly on the supplier.4Perfect Match!!My puppy chewed up the original remote. I thought I would never find a replacement or find one at a reasonable price. I WAS PROVED WRONG. **This item is a perfect match** -- would not even know it was not the original. Next step is find a hiding spot away from the dog.5Stopped working after 5 monthsRemote crapped out on me the other day. It didn t get wet, dropped, or had anything happen to it that would make it stop working. I thought it was the batteries, but I changed them and it still doesn t work. Bought it in August and it s now January, so the remote only worked for about 5 months. And it s definitely the remote - sound bar still works fine, you just have to use the buttons to turn it on, adjust the sound, etc.1Unplug the speaker .Remote did not work at all . Checked the IR with the "FaceTime" app and confirmed it was working (the camera will "see"the IR flash while you don't.)Quick Google search for "Vizio sound bar remote won't work" got me a message board. Vizio tech says to unplug sound bar from power for ten seconds and try again. Viola, sound bar works just fine, so I have two remotes now. That's fine, one is one the video gaming table and the other is on the treadmill. If you have "Directv" the remote will also pair to it. Just follow the instruction in the help menu.5What can I say?Amazon often sends an email asking, "Did the product meet your expectation?" My expectation was that this exact replacement would work just like the one I accidently threw in the trash!It did.I am happy.5Buy this already!Needed to replace the remote the dog chewed. So relieved that this OEM remote was affordable & worked like a charm, just add the battery & ta-da! No syncing or whatever. So easy.5Works Great!Clean, worked right out the box, my dog kicked my old one off the couch smh. I pulled it apart to fix, but then searched here and found it, for 6 bucks great product. no syncing required just put 2 AAA batteries in (not included).5Worked! But make sure you unplug it first.This controller work to our Vizio sound box. But when you get it, you must unplug your sound box first and let sit a minute. Plug it back in then make sure you are in the right input for your sound to come through. Circle through all the inputs if you have to,,but this remote should work for you.Great price, easy transaction!5
