Excellent consolidated charger for the digital nomadGreat universal adapter! Having just started a new job that requires me to be somewhat nomadic with a laptop and assortment of devices that require charging occasionally, I started to look for something just like this. My company issued me a Lenovo laptop with one of those rectangular proprietary charging ports, but this charger included that tip along with its various options. It also includes 2 USB ports right on the brick which was what won me over.The beauty of this design is that when I have to set up shop somewhere other than my usual desk, I only need to deal with one charger to plug into the wall. I leave a small micro-USB cable plugged into USB ports, and I'm covered for my laptop, plus my phone or whatever other gadget needs a charge. I also never have to worry about hogging the outlets in a conference room full of electronics-toting people.In a few weeks of use, I haven't had any problems, and everything seems to charge at the typical speeds that they normally do. I also haven't noticed any buzzing or excessive heat coming from the charging brick.5Impressive customer supportLong story short: 5 stars and two additional thumbs up! Highly recommend this product. Short story long: This is a very good product for the price. The build isn't overly heavy duty but comparable to OEM chargers currently coming with laptops and perhaps even a bit better than many so can't complain. Does what it says it does exactly as it should. I bought this item on a vacation in a panic when I realized I forgot to bring my charger. My laptop was an HP Probook and I specified what I needed accordingly. About a year later (time of writing this review) my trusty older Probook blew up and left me this time in a panic for a new laptop. I'm very pleased with my new Lenovo but was briefly sad to find out that none of the charging tips worked with it and I had started to rely on having this light weight backup in my backpack so I could just fold up my laptop and run without fussing with the charger. I was just about to either toss it or put it on eBay when I decided to have a quick look on Amazon for the tip I needed. I wanted help with the specification so I contacted LVSUN. Amanda from LVSUN responded within a few hours. As soon as she verified my new laptop make and model she specified the correct tip and immediately had me shipped the new "6-pack" of tips which included the one I needed. I was not expecting that level of support over a year after making my purchase. In short I highly recommend this product and remain pleasantly amazed by the level of customer service they provided. As I said at the beginning: 5 stars and two thumbs up! (and Amanda deserves a raise)5Beyond perfect!I got one of these for Christmas two years ago. Since then I have purchased two more and I am now on this page again adding it to my Christmas list for this year. Yes - I want these things littering my house. They are so convenient and this brand has earned my loyalty. It is just perfect, that's the best way I can explain it. If you are on the fence about an all-in-one charger, spring the extra few bucks for this one over the generic. It's so perfect in every way.I am obsessed with laptops. I have at least eight laptops in my house right now, I am a software developer and a gamer. Between this charger and one additional piece I bought elsewhere which converts the Lenovo square tip into USB-C, I can use or charge any laptop anywhere in my house or on the road at any time ever - period.I swear that I do not work for these people, I genuinely just love this item.My only criticism is that it doesn't include a USB-C adapter BUT... It does have two USB-A ports on it so you can also carry a generic USB-C cable and be fine regardless of what laptop or phone you're trying to charge.I recommend also picking up a three-pronged USB charger (USB-C, micro USB and lightning) and then an adapter for whichever of the three that you don't use. (I purchased a female lightning adapter to USB-C male).Now, anywhere I go- I have everything that I need to charge anything for anybody. It's just perfect.5Works as advertised but charger tip is a little short for HP Elitebook x360 G2TLDR: charger tip for N36 was too short for my laptop, kept unplugging; cut with a knife to expose more metal part and works (stays in) much betterI travel for work quite a bit so I wanted to get an extra charger for my work laptop (HP Elitebook x360 G2). I settled for this product as the reviews were pretty solid, price point seemed reasonable and the charger also includes two USB ports which I thought would be convenient to charge my phone.Product works as advertised and comes with a mini-guide to let you know which chargers you should use. The charger tips are pretty easy to switch in/out as well. For my laptop I used the N36 charger tip and when plugged in, the thing charges my laptop without issue (i.e., computer recognizes the charger, doesn't pop up with the "unrecognized charging device" window). USB ports also work nicely.The charger does get quite hot when in use for a while, but I think that's pretty typical for chargers in my experience. The main reason I am docking stars from my review is because the charger tip is slightly shorter than my original manufacturers charger. You can see in the image I took that one of the tips is like a millimeter or two longer than the other. In this instance, size DOES matter.One little wiggle or movement and the thing comes slightly unplugged from my laptop and stops charging. Due to the size issue the charger tip is incredibly sensitive and can even unplug by itself if the laptop is simply leaning in that direction (i.e., from gravity). If you mostly use your laptop at your desk it will be less of an issue, but it's still likely to come unplugged every once in a while.To address the shortness/length issue I used an X-ACTO knife to carefully carve away a millimeter or so of the black plastic casing around the metal tip. So far this seems to be working and the plug stays in much better.3Great product, awesome customer service!I purchased the charger in 02/2017 to use on my Cyberpower Fangbook laptop. Works great and easy to setup and multi-use with IPad via usb. You cannot go wrong with so many adapters to choose from. The thin size of the charger makes it easy to travel with.It is now 10/2017 and one of my adapters (N22 inside pin broke). Most likely due to my fault for not being careful plugging/unplugging power to my laptop. I figured I d email seller and ask if they could sell me a replacement N22 adapter. Seller replied within a few hours and are sending me a replacement adapter at NO charge. They didn t even charge me for shipping. I would have been more than willing to pay for the adapter but this is the BEST customer service! BTW, the charger is still working great to this day.5Nice charger, excellent customer serviceI found the LVSUN charger, and it looked good compared to competitors. So I sent an email to market@enlvsun.com asking for help figuring out which tip I needed for my older model laptop. I received a prompt reply explaining just which tip I needed, as well as a pointer to the right add-on package of extra tips and a discount for purchasing it. I ordered, and the item arrived when expected and, better still, works just as expected.Plus: Slim profile, two USB charging ports along with the main line to the laptopMinus: Tight connections between tip and cord made it a bit difficult to connect them, but they are unlikely to come apart. Also, the velcro strap is not affixed to the cord, it's just loose. I lost it -- literally -- on my first day of use. (That's what those lettuce wrappers from the grocery store are for, right?)5Lvsun 90 Watt Ultra Slim 17mm Thickness Universal Laptop Power AdapterLvsun 90 Watt Ultra Slim 17mm Thickness Universal Laptop AC Charger Notebook Power AdapterPurchased as a spare for bunch of my laptops - I have couple Lenovos, Dell XPS and occasionally some other brands. Getting too hot when charging XPS so I think this power adapter is less than 90W since it is much lighter than OEMs and getting hotter than any of them. Biggest benefit (of course) that it has all the connectors (Lucco 7.4mm to 4.5mm Laptop Charger Adapter solved the problem with Dell XPS line not being included) so I can be sure that I always have a power brick to charge almost any brand laptop should I need to. Hope it will last long enough, I am not planning to use it as substitute for OEM chargers, just occasionally when original charger is not around.4Ground Loop Issue - Not recommended for sensitive audio equipment While the charger itself provides ample power and charges my devices fine, this device (alongside with any other LVSUN and KAMERA branded chargers - which came from the same manufacturer) have one big fatal flaw in my opinion.That is, the manufacturer fails to suppress high-frequency AC noise from the output side adequately. You can see that there is about a 60V AC voltage on the output side (which is normal since the charger itself is not grounded), but carried over through that AC voltage is also high-frequency AC noise that causes interference through ground loop means.If you have sensitive and low-impedance audio equipment, that impressed AC voltage will travel through the audio equipment and find its way through the ground and the high-frequency fluctuations will be interpreted as sound. Through my KZ earphones, they will continue to make hissing noises as long as the AC adapter is connected and while the computer is in use. The more power that the computer draws, the more hissing you can hear on the earphones. This doesn't necessarily happen if you have a lower quality or higher-impedance headphones, but it certainly is an issue if you own these and they are connected to your equipment.I have attached a video clip showing what the hissing sounds like on my earphones (in that clip the noise was emitted by the PD meter when connected through a KAMERA 87W charger via the USB-C PD port, but the noise sounds exactly the same through the earphones for all LVSUN/KAMERA branded chargers regardless of model).When I brought this issue up to the manufacturer, the only response they have provided was:"The conduction between the two safety devices of CY1 and CY2 can be changed from 100PF400V to 47PF or removed. Then the noise may disappear".Essentially, the manufacturer is blaming the noise on the circuitry design (on their EMI filtering capacitor) and they wanted me to break open the charger and modify that design. I am quite surprised that the manufacturer is not willing to fix the issue on their own and provide me with a replacement that fixes this issue.That said, I would probably avoid chargers from this manufacturer if you care about audio quality when using your laptop device.12 out of 3 laptops worked, now 1 out of 3Wanted something that worked with several laptops using the included tips. This seemed to fit the bill and found the right tip for the 3 laptops that I use. An older Dell, a Sony Vaio, and the replacement for the Sony, a brand new Dell 2 in 1. The older dell right from the start would tell me the power supply was plugged in but not enough to charge, and even lost power when using larger programs. The Sony and Dell 2 in 1, both seemed to charge just fine although the tip for the Dell 2 in 1 was longer than the OEM charger and the tip was difficult to plug into the end of charger cable. After a few times everything seemed to fit better and I was able to switch between my older Sony and the new Dell by switching tips. Now about 3 months after purchased it will not charge the Dell 2 in 1, which is what I really wanted it for, while I am using the laptop. With this kind of power issues I hesitate to use it now on any laptop. I would return if I could but to late. I liked the size and the extra two usb charging ports so I ignored the negative reviews.1Sooo Convenient!This is great. We are actually able to use this with all three of the laptops we have in the house. This is a very nice convenience. When ever we would need to hold up in the bedroom for some project or otherwise, we would have to fish behind the sofa and pull out which ever specific laptop charger we were in need of. Instead, I have put this charger, and their adapters, in our bedroom. This way, we no longer need to unplug a charging cable, regardless of whatever device we need.This adds a wonderful convenience.
