I can plug it into my usb charger in the cigarette lighter and pass the charging item through the entire length of my minivan so my son can play his charged tablet in the third seat! The braiding reduces the kinks and tangles and the little velcro fastener helps keep it wrapped up for future use. It's not a super fast cord for charging, so it might take a bit of time for your phone to charge, but I'm not really upset about that. I love it!5On the surface, it looked good. Not very durable. Although it appears to be a solid, well made cable, it just isn't up to the task.
