Description

• ZW101 is an integrated semiconductor fingerprint module that is consisted of active semiconductor fingerprint acquisition SENSOR?and fingerprint identification processing chip.
• It adopts high-performance and low-power RISC V core?and runs 360-degree adaptive self-learning algorithm. Semiconductor Sensor adopts active RF acquisition mode.? At the same time to provide seven-colour light effect,?can be customized according to user needs.
• Fingerprint module supports 3.3V power supply; ESD protection >15KV; Supports storage of 50 fingerprint features. 1.0mm connector to support reliable connection. The interface supports UART, the default baud rate is 57600.
• False Alarm Rate (FAR) <1/1000000; Rejection rate FRR<3%; Response speed, feature extraction time <0.06S, single match time <0.8S.
• Supply voltage: 3.3V (typical). Supply current: ~l ~40mA (typical value, 3.3V power supply). Sleep current: <25uA (fingerprint detection). Sensor Type: Capacitive. Resolution: 8bit (256 grey values).

Interface Description
The interface supports UART, the default baud rate is 57600.
The baud rate can be set by software.
(Note: The baud rate will take effect immediately after successful setting, please use the new baud rate for communication.If you forget the set baud rate, please return to factory to reset or verify all possible set baud rates)
