    No UV mentioned on PackageThese are tough and seem to work well. My main concern is I needed black and wanted UV protection since I am using them outdoors (and anyone with any cable tie experience knows that UV light degrades most ties pretty quickly unfortunately). But no where on the package does it indicate anything about UV inhibitors in the product (although UV is on the product title on Amazon). So I am a little worried that there was a bait and switch here because if there were UV inhibitors in the plastic I would think that would be mentioned on the packaging somewhere. So I give 3 stars.Maybe Cambridge Resources might clarify in a comment here. I do hope they last outdoors for years. We shall see.3Satisfies my needsI would give these 5 stars except for the durability factor, but then, that's almost not fair. I know there are cables that have higher strength ratings, but they also cost quite a bit more. This is my second order of these cables, and for the price difference, I was satisfied with the trade off on my last order. If they occasionally break, I simply apply new ones, and for the price per 100, I still think I'm ahead. Given the purpose I use them for, I'm also not sure if the higher strength rated cables would hold up any better.4A great brandI have been buying Cambridge cable ties for several years now and I use a lot of them. When I need my large roof rack mounted on the Jeep I use these and have never had a problem or failure. I now rarely use these for their intended purpose as they work well for all sorts of things. The coax cables going to my ham radio antennas are held with these and in the harsh sun in Arizona bakes them dry after several years but they never break.These are the best I've found and as a retired Industrial Electrician I've used many thousands of cable ties.5Strong and secureYears of experience with wire ties. This is super strong with a super strong lock. Thick and keep things secure. Price per 100 is a little high if you burn through wireties4A good, reliable cable tieI've been using these toes for a while, and they work just fine, indoors or out. I like the convenient resealable bag. The ties themselves seem to hold up just fine. Sunlight will eventually weaken them, as it does with all plastics, but you can still expect them to last a couple of years outdoors.5Excellent tie wrap excellent valueTie wraps what can you say. They help me get wrapped up in my work. In general, tie wraps are one of the greatest devices ever made by man if you ever have any complex wiring projects. Or if you just want the wires on your desk to look better. The Cambridge tie wraps are no different, they do an excellent job of wrapping cables. Require reasonable force to keep them in place. I recommend this product.5Sturdy and well madeThese were purchased to attach netting to our front gate to prevent our Maltese from escaping between the bars. They worked perfectly for the intended purpose. I like that the bag is reclosable. The product was manufactured without flaws and zipped closed smoothly. They are sturdy, too, and exactly as described. The extras will come in handy, too, as fasteners are needed on a regular basis in this household!5Best of the bunchI bought 5 different packs of ties, by far this was the best. (100 per Pk)I used a TIE STRAP GUN, set it to MAX and this strap and one other were the only ones that did NOT break at MAX pull.NOTE: These are a little thicker and higher Lbs rating that the other, BUT I'v used Tie straps at work for years, and for HOME use, these are about the same equivalent.PS: 2nd place was " STRONG TIES" Brand and 150 per pack5Work great for gardening!I bought these zip ties to hang my box fans in both my greenhouse and my grow tent in order to add air circulation. My greenhouse outside gets a beating from the sun, so I needed protection from the elements which is why I opted for UV protected ties. These are super strong and can withstand a lot of pressure.I definitely recommend these cable ties for anyone with a need to suspend heavy objects in the harsh elements. These work great.5Easy to Use and Strong!I hesitated to order these after reading the reviews that said they are hard to use. I'm a senior with arthritis in my entire body and I didn't need a cable tie that was hard to thread through the hole. I also hesitated to buy these because I needed to secure a piece of fencing while at the same time be able to remove it if needed. I found I have no problem threading these ties through the opening. They are so easy and simple to use. I also realized, after getting them, that they are easy to cut, so the fencing that needs to be secure, but also removable, is not a problem. This is a large package of ties and all I need to do is cut the tie to move the fence and then secure the fence back again. I wish I had ordered these a long time ago!5
